Quality Policy and Food Safety



 

Amco company produces and distributes spice mixes and functional additives for white and red meat processing plants.

The success of Amco on its domestic and international market is achieved thanks to integration of staff responsible for research and development and the production and sales departments.
 

Creating our products we keep in mind our direct customers, that is: meat plants (very often we design products according to individual need), as well as consumers. Each new product, before arriving in the hands of customers, goes through a series of tests concerning safety and taste preferences. When implementing innovations, new products and improving existing products, we also take into account economic optimization of products of our clients. Quality regimes set up in our company ensure, that new products promoted by us quickly become market hits. We provide our customers with professional technological advice and help in implementing of products.



We understand that assuring health safety of our products has a significant impast on health of consumers. That is why through the Program of Initial Conditions  (PRP) and also through an analysis of threats and identifying and monitoring Critical Control Points (CCP) and operational (PCP) and complying with legal requirements, we eliminate potential and real health threats, starting from accessing raw materials through the whole technological process up to the distribution of ready products.

Implementation and functioning of an Integrated Management compliant with norms: PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 and PN-EN ISO 22000:2006 (HACCP) will enable further improvement and development of the company and will provide clients with satisfaction from cooperation.

We plan to realize the policy of the company through achieving the following strategic goals:

Realization of Food Quality and Safety Policies and functioning of the system are closely and systematically supervised through internal audits and management reviews.
